While many people see dietitians for weight loss, our approach is different. Wellbeing Allied Health Toowoomba Dietitians follow a weight-neutral approach to help maximise the benefit you can get out of whole foods without restriction and adapting this to your situation, be it disability, gut issues or chronic disease.
Anna Reeves
Director, Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist
Toowoomba Dietitian, Anna, believes that feeling safe, heard, and supported is the foundation of good care. Her approach is gentle, non-judgemental and completely centred around you. Anna works from a weight-neutral, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed lens because she knows that real-life health doesn’t fit inside strict rules or one-size-fits-all plans.
Over the years, Anna has supported children, teens, and adults with a wide range of nutrition concerns — including eating disorders, gut issues, disability-related needs, sensory differences, low appetite, complex family environments and everything in between. She helps people find ways of eating that feel realistic, comfortable and sustainable, without shame or pressure.
Anna’s philosophy is simple:
You are the expert of your own body. I’m here to help you make sense of your signals, your needs, and your goals — and to walk beside you while things slowly start to feel easier.
Anna especially enjoys working with neurodivergent individuals and families, people navigating long-term or complicated relationships with food, and anyone who has ever felt dismissed or misunderstood in the healthcare system. You deserve care that adapts to you — not the other way around.
Anna is passionate about creating a practice where people feel comfortable to show up exactly as they are, whether that’s overwhelmed, hopeful, unsure, or somewhere in between.

Anna provides a trauma-informed practise and is a member of Size Inclusive Health Australia® as well as a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. After over eight years of private practice dietetics, Anna is experienced in the areas of:

As a proud mum, Anna has found that feeding her children has proven to be valuable lived experience when working with families on “selective eating” (AKA – picky eating).
