Easy 3-Ingredient Mug Cake

  1. Get out a big microwaveable mug and squash your banana using a fork. The more squashed, the better.
  2. Mix in the egg well.
  3. Mix in the cocoa.
  4. Microwave for 2.5-3.5 minutes, depending on your microwave.
  5. Serve!

This is especially delicious drizzled with a teaspoon of honey. It is a great way to get in a bit of protein (from the egg) and one of your two daily serves of fruit.  A great dessert for kids!
