Join the Wellbeing Allied Health Crew! If you’re looking for Allied Health Jobs in Toowoomba where compassion, flexibility and genuine teamwork come first, you’re in the right place. At Wellbeing Allied Health, we’re building a workplace where clinicians feel supported, valued and encouraged to grow — so they can deliver care that truly changes lives.

About our Allied Health jobs Toowoomba

At Wellbeing Allied Health, we’re building something special — a practice where compassion comes first, people feel safe to be themselves, and clinicians are genuinely supported to do their best work. We believe high-quality care can only happen when the team delivering it feels valued, trusted, and encouraged to grow, and that’s exactly what we’re creating here.

We’re a small but mighty team based in Toowoomba, offering mobile & in-clinic NDIS support across the region and telehealth services throughout Australia. Our work is grounded in a non-judgemental, weight-neutral, neurodiversity-affirming approach — because everyone deserves care that sees their strengths, respects their lived experience, and empowers them in their everyday life.

Joining Wellbeing Allied Health means stepping into a role where your voice matters, your wellbeing is prioritised, and your professional interests are welcomed rather than squeezed into someone else’s framework. You’ll have the freedom to shape your day, build meaningful long-term client relationships, and develop your clinical passions — all within a supportive, collaborative, and genuinely kind team culture.

If you’re looking for a workplace where you can make a difference, feel appreciated, laugh with your colleagues, and grow your skills with guidance (not pressure), you’ll fit right in here. Help us build a practice that feels good for both clients and clinicians — where caring for people starts with caring for each other.
