Easy Kid-Friendly 20-Minute Biscuits

These biscuits are perfect for a snack or school lunches. Cook from start to finish in only 20 minutes!

Ingredients:

Biscuits!
  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sultanas or chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts work best)
  • 1 egg (can be completely omited for vegan version)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180ᵒC
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl
  3. Spoon tablespoons of mixture onto a cookie sheet
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
